Vicki L. Oslund. Vicki is a partner at the law firm practicing primarily in the areas of family law, civil litigation, estate planning, and Social Security appeals. Vicki also represents clients in matters relating to probate, guardianships, adoptions, and other litigation matters. Vicki grew up in Lake Stevens, Washington, and went to college at Everett Community College in Everett and Central Washington University in Ellensburg. Vicki has been practicing law since 1998 after she graduated from Whittier Law School in Los Angeles, California, and moved back to Washington. In 1999, Vicki joined Newton Kight L.L.P. In 2008, Vicki also earned an M.B.A. degree from City University of Seattle. Vicki is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Snohomish County Bar Association, the Association of American Trial Lawyers, the Washington State Trial Lawyer Association, and the Snohomish County Chapter of the Washington Women Lawyers Association. Vicki has also been active in the community as a Snohomish County Bar Association Trustee, an Everett Community College Foundation board member, an Everett Theatre Society board member, an American Association of University Women member, and a Camp Fire USA leader.
