Thomas A. Hulten. Tom's practice emphasizes estate planning, probate and trust law. Tom was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, and attended the University of Hawaii where he graduated 1st in his class from the College of Business Administration in 1971. He graduated from Boalt Hall Law School at the University of California at Berkeley in 1975 and returned to Hawaii to practice law. In 1982, after 32 years of "Island Fever", Tom and his family relocated to Washington.
