Henry T. Newton.  Henry limits his practice to estate planning, probate and trust matters. He has handled matters of these types for over 40 years and is a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Council. Henry was raised in Everett, Washington, and graduated from Everett High School in 1955. He graduated from the University of Washington in 1959 and from the University of Washington Law School in 1961. Since his graduation from law school he has been a partner in the law firm of Newton Kight L.L.P. Henry is a member and elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Everett, Washington. He is a former president of the Snohomish County Bar Association, Mt. Baker Council Boy Scouts of America, United Way of Snohomish County, United Way of Washington, Luther Child Center, General Hospital Foundation, Everett Rotary Club, Luther Child Center Foundation; and previously served as Chairman of Providence Everett Medical Center.
